Cresta Sprayview was our first booking in our African holiday . I arranged the transfers to our hotel by booking from  overseas, emailing the tour desk of the hotel.   They arranged for a  very efficient driver called  Charity  to be at the airport . This efficiency continued throughout our 4 day stay . The free shuttle bus left the hotel on the hour and  dropped the hotel guests at a few designated spots in the town area and  at the falls . They also made arrangements to collect us from where they dropped us and all our collections worked  out well ,,even collecting  us from Victoria Falls Hotel . The activities desk organises cruises, tours of the falls , helicopters and Boma, a drum presentation at a nearby resort. We organised taxis to Baines and the Look Out cafe,  two prominent restaurants along the Zambezi by booking Charity as a driver.  The meals at the hotel are simple but well presented. There is for lovers of coffee a coffee machine for expresso style coffee. The pool is an exceptional size and well used. We were warned about leaving windows open due to monkeys but we could not have kept the windows  open as neither the door or windows had insect screens. It would have been nice to have more fresh air instead of the air conditioner all the time. A minor point in an  otherwise very well run hotel/motel  . Insect repellent is included amongst the toiletries .which was useful walking around in the evening and breakfast in the morning . I'm very pleased we booked Cresta ,very good value for money and it felt very secure. I can heartily recommend this hotel .

They accommodated our early check in and made sure that my kids were moved to a connecting room. Nyoni at reception was exceptional and helpful and made all this possible. The security Jabulani Phiri that helped us with our bags was very friendly as well and forthcoming with suggestions of what to do in Vic Falls. The breakfast spread was worth every dime.. Heard there was loadshedding in the area but we never felt it as we had hot water, lighting at all times.

The best part was the staff who were forever pleasant and helpful. The location is easily accessible too. Mostly high, with a low (the shuttle experience). You have lovely staff members like Blessing, Busi, et al, cleaners, security, everyone at reception, everyone who helped in the canteen and dining area, and everyone there (Unfortunately I can't name them all). They are so pleasant and have good customer care skills. Keep it up!

This was my third (or is my fourth?) stay at the Cresta so enough said? The staff are lovely the room comfortable, breakfast substantial but dinner service takes a while. The dinner menu becomes a little boring but that could be the result of eating in every night for 5 or 6 nights . The musical entertainment during dinner is, as always, just beautiful with the flamboyant singers giving their all .

Excellence location, enjoyed the pool and sitting around the pool. Beds were very comfortable. Service was excellent. Hotel shuttle is a great service. It will basically drop you or pick you up anywhere around the main town area between the hotel and the falls, with the option to go additional destinations with additional fee. We took the shuttle to the airport for $30
