Excellence location, enjoyed the pool and sitting around the pool. Beds were very comfortable. Service was excellent. Hotel shuttle is a great service. It will basically drop you or pick you up anywhere around the main town area between the hotel and the falls, with the option to go additional destinations with additional fee. We took the shuttle to the airport for $30

They accommodated our early check in and made sure that my kids were moved to a connecting room. Nyoni at reception was exceptional and helpful and made all this possible. The security Jabulani Phiri that helped us with our bags was very friendly as well and forthcoming with suggestions of what to do in Vic Falls. The breakfast spread was worth every dime.. Heard there was loadshedding in the area but we never felt it as we had hot water, lighting at all times.

This was my third (or is my fourth?) stay at the Cresta so enough said? The staff are lovely the room comfortable,breakfast substantial but dinner service takes a while. The dinner menu becomes a little boring but that could be the result of eating in every night for 5 or 6 nights . The musical entertainment during dinner is, as always, just beautiful with the flamboyant singers giving their all .

Good location, good food, friendly and professional staff and the rooms were kept clean. I also loved that the WiFi was very good, no glitches at all. And they had mango trees and it was mango season, I love mangoes, so need I say more :)

The staff was great and very helpful, and the breakfast was very good. The room was clean and serviced during our 3 nights stay. There was a very large pool on the premises and location pretty good as well.

The Management and staff were Absolutely Amazing!..They attended to all our needs and beyond. The rooms were lovely and spacious but needs a decor upgrade. Overall was great and good value!

We were able to book all activities at the hotel. Hourly free transfer to town was good extra. Whenever we needed something, they helped from getting an ice bucket to replace a broken kettle...great service and assistance.

Breakfast was amazing and fresh and very good hapy team. They had a variety of food to choose for breakfast. One day we were going to Botswana early in the morning, they organised packed snacks for us all four, because we did not have a chance to eat breakfast. Very impressive.

The location, old world charm and the staff. Breakfasts offered a variety and there was more than sufficient on offer. The rooms and bathroom were adequate and comfortable. The wifi was stable and fast. Great swimming pool.

Breakfast was very well presented, fresh fruit and wide range of cooked options and lots of pastries, toast and marmalade, preserves etc. Staff very helpful and attentive. All cutlery presented in sealed bags for covid secure dining.
